The location was magnificent - just next door to Brighton for 1 night, the city center and the pier and the beach & town. Besides, it was 10 mins walk from Brighton Beach. The breakfast was gorgeous and sensational, overall food was fab.
We didn't like that there was reception missing, were a little disappointed.

Stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was fantastic and clean, had stunningly beautiful views, magnificent location right on the bus stop for bus from Railway Station. Had well-appointed and brand-new room with private bathroom and a patio, a storage, and a DVD player.

The hotel is clean, has views of the sea. The units were airy with a balcony. The setting is marvellous and absolutely perfect, next to the seafront, cafes and shops, Brighton Pier and the bus stop for bus from Railway Station, domestic area. Kemptown district deserves to be explored.

Would stay here again, the hotel was clean, and location to from the train station was marvellous. My bed was extremely comfy and the room was reasonably large with patio garden. The breakfast was lovely and enjoyable with delicious local sausages, worth the price.

The stay certainly was reasonable value. Stayed here with my family members and everything was good. Location: the hotel was near to all Brighton has to offer, the sea and the central pier, and Brighton's main shopping area. Dined at Bayleaf, it was at a moderate distance from the venue. The staff was pretty friendly, as well as owner.
